As you can imagine, each garment is uniquely made and fits the client individually, so no estimates or quotes can be done over the phone. A free, no-obligation estimate fitting can be arranged by appointment.

We redesign gowns for style and excessive size differences. We also resurrect vintage and heritage dresses as well as suits.

We will start fitting a gown, tux, or special occasion garment as soon as the client possesses it. This, ideally, is months in advance. Special arrangements can be made for rush orders. Bridal gowns usually require 3-5 fittings depending on complexity and weight changes. Bridesmaids, mothers of the bride/groom, attendants, and tuxes need an initial fitting and a quick final fit to confirm optimal wear.

It is important to come to the fittings with your shoes to be worn with the garment. Some clients may wish to wear undergarments/shapewear, and it helps to bring those if purchased. There will always be time to try on jewelry, hair accessories, and veils at any fitting. For tuxes, a tux shirt and the links/studs, a vest, cummerbund, or braces should accompany the client even at the final fitting.

All bridal gowns with a bustle will receive special instructions and training for their attendant to assist at the wedding. This can be at the final fitting, and then we hold the dress at CH Studios for a press. We keep the dress safe, pressed, and out of sight until the day of the event. Gown pick-up is arranged at the final fitting with advice on special handling to keep the dress fresh and pressed.

Full-service assistance for all of the wedding parties is offered. Alterations and pressing for bridesmaids, mother of the bride/groom, father of the bride/groom, groom, and groomsmen are available.

Payment for all work must be completed before pick up for the event.
